We are pleased to invite you to this year’s big event VOLLEYBALL WEEKEND Feb. 5–7, 2027

Here you’ll get to meet old classmates again and experience that great HVF feeling. There will be a volleyball tournament, gatherings, student evening, lottery with AWESOME prizes, year group reunions, and a great atmosphere!

Registration of volleyball teams is done via the registration form. Maximum 3 teams per year group. All teams must provide one referee.

PRACTICAL INFO

• The school is not able to receive alumni on Thursday, so please wait until Friday to arrive. It would be great if you could arrive after 4:30 PM on Friday out of consideration for this year’s students.
• Remember that all year groups should have an entertainment act for the student evening on Saturday. There is also a year group reunion that each group organizes themselves.
• Final deadline for registration is January 31.

PRICES

• Early bird tickets (Weekend package) until January 1: 799,- (save 250,-)
• Weekend package includes meals and accommodation – after January 1: 899,- (save 150,-)

Individual prices if you don’t buy the Weekend package:

• Accommodation 150 kr per night
• Breakfast/evening meal 100 kr
• Saturday lunch 150 kr
• Saturday dinner and student evening 250 kr
• Sunday dinner 150 kr
• Bedding set (+ duvet and pillow) 150 kr
• Towel 50 kr
• Bus from Hurdal Verk on Sunday 100 kr (registration before February 15)

TRANSPORT

We encourage everyone to take public buses. Check ruter.no

• Bus from Hurdal Verk to Gardermoen on Sunday at 2:00 PM (arriving at Gardermoen approx. 2:45 PM)
• Registration for transport is done via the registration form by January 31. Binding registration.
• We have electric car chargers available at the school. Send an email to kr@hvf.no in advance with your name and mobile number, and write that you wish to charge during the volleyball weekend. Also download the Zaptec app, and you’re ready to charge. (Price 3.70 kr/kWh. Payment is made with Vipps afterwards.)
