CHANGE
Are you someone who shows a lot of care for your friends and family?
With your heart for others, you can mean something to many more. The world needs people like you who want to make a difference.
On our trip to Kenya and Zanzibar, you will experience and contribute to aid work specifically aimed at children. Perhaps it will ignite a flame within you?
With proximity to Oslo, we will travel to the capital to participate in established projects among those who have fallen outside of society. We visit inspiring work run by Maritastiftelsen, Frelsesarmeen (The Salvation Army) and others, to learn how they work and contribute in our own way.
In the local community, we can help others with everything from organizing games for children at the asylum reception center, arranging bingo at the nursing home, participating in food distribution, language cafés, helping at the Reuse Center, and much more. The opportunities are many.
The world needs people like you
Unforgettable experiences await
TRAVEL
Do you love to travel and want to experience other cultures, people, and climates?
In the autumn, we take the train on an INTERRAIL through Europe, with Bulgaria as the main destination. Here we get to contribute to an established aid project and help distribute food and learn about social work from people who do this every day.
In the spring, we move the classroom to KENYA AND ZANZIBAR. We visit places where there is a great need for help and experience how aid work can make a difference in people’s daily lives.
Join us on the African savannah
KENYA
In Kenya, many live below the poverty line. We visit places where there is a great need for help and contribute both physically and socially, and visit health projects and schools.
We will see a society with great disparities and meet people who need our support. At the same time, you will experience immense joy of life and hospitality from those who lack most material goods.
Of course, we also take the opportunity to experience the African savannah up close when we go on safari into the wilderness.
In Kenya, we have many exciting encounters that leave a lasting impression.
And we get to experience a culture that is very different from our own.
ZANZIBAR
After powerful impressions in Kenya, it’s time for personal development and reflection in beautiful surroundings on Zanzibar. The island with its incredible beaches, exotic nature, and crystal-clear water is so beautiful it almost doesn’t seem real. *You can visit the local market with fantastic food experiences, try snorkeling, diving, or surfing, swim with giant turtles, play beach volleyball with the locals on the beach, and not least get to know a completely different culture with a strong history of slavery and Western exploitation.
*activities are examples and may vary from year to year
Does bathing in warm, crystal-clear water tempt you?
Interrail through Europe
Do you dream of traveling by Interrail? Then get ready for a unique experience when we travel by Interrail in Europe.
We visit some of Europe’s most beautiful cities, but we also get to see poverty in Europe up close.
Want to make a difference in other people’s lives?
Aid work in Bulgaria
You get to help people have a better life. Through our collaboration with the aid organization Mission Without Borders, we help raise money and distribute food boxes to families and homeless people who need them. We get to see both the need for help and experience warmth and gratitude.

Interrail in Europe must be experienced once in a lifetime
