Here is the school calendar for the academic year 2026-2027
- August 15 Opening Day
- September 26 Open School Day
- September 26 at 5:00 PM Autumn Break 1
- October 6 at 7:45 AM School starts after Autumn Break 1
- November 6 at 12:00 PM Autumn Break 2
- November 17 at 7:45 AM School starts after Autumn Break 2
- December 17 at 12:00 PM Christmas Break
- January 5 at 7:45 AM School starts after Christmas Break
- February 19 at 12:00 PM Winter Break
- March 2 at 7:45 AM School starts after Winter Break
- March 19 at 12:00 PM Easter Break
- March 31 at 7:45 AM School starts after Easter Break
- May 8 Closing Day (Ends approx. 5:00 PM)
During autumn breaks, Christmas break, winter break, and Easter break, the school and boarding houses are closed. This means you cannot stay at the school during these periods.
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the school calendar. Students will be informed of any changes.
Timetable
Here you can see an example of what a timetable might look like. Note: Adjustments may be made to where different classes are placed from year to year.
How the year is structured
- The timetable is used during the “regular” weeks at school. Approximately 17 weeks in total.
- In addition, we have 7 main subject weeks – where main subjects are taught all week. The main subject trips take place during these weeks.
- The remaining 8-9 weeks consist of elective subject weeks, where elective subjects are taught all week, as well as start-up and closing weeks with trips, Christmas weeks, etc. There are also many main subject classes during these weeks.
